RETURNS & REFUNDS

We understand the importance of the right product and the right fit. To make a return, please follow these guidelines:

 

To qualify for a return:

  • The item(s) must have been purchased from Aurumbikes.com.
  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days from when you received the order.
  • The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • A bank transfer refund will be applied.

 

Return by mail:

Mail your return with the original packing slip to the Aurum address printed on your packing slip. We suggest return by a carrier that can track delivery. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Once we receive the product at AURUM and confirm the status, the refund will be made by bank transfer within the next 30 calendar days. Most of our customers will see it within 4-10 business days.

 

CHANGE A PRODUCT

Products can only be returned for a refund. If you want a different size or color, as well as purchase alternative products, you must place a new order.

 

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT

If you notice any damage or damage to the box when receiving the order, state the problem on the delivery note from the transport company (“damaged package”); Report the incident immediately to our customer service team by writing an email to support@aurumbikes.com

 

IF AN ITEM ARRIVES WRONG

If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you have not ordered, send an email to support@aurumbikes.com
