To make a return, please follow these guidelines:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>To qualify for a return:<\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\">The item(s) must have been purchased from Aurumbikes.com.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Returns will be accepted within 14 days from when you received the order.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">Proof of purchase required.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\">A bank transfer refund will be applied.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Return by mail:<\/p><p>Mail your return with the original packing slip to the Aurum address printed on your packing slip. We suggest return by a carrier that can track delivery. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.<\/p><p>Once we receive the product at AURUM and confirm the status, the refund will be made by bank transfer within the next 30 calendar days. Most of our customers will see it within 4-10 business days.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h6><b>CHANGE A PRODUCT<\/b><\/h6><p>Products can only be returned for a refund.
