ESSENTIA inherits the geometry, qualities and experience accumulated in the manufacturing of MAGMA, to offer you a high-performance bicycle whatever your goal.
To shape the interior of ESSENTIA bicycle frames and apply optimal pressure to compact the fibers, AURUM uses latex-coated EPS foam cores. These cores ensure a perfect surface finish inside the paintings, without wrinkles or folds and without excess material.
AURUM uses high-precision machined steel molds that allow ESSENTIA frames to be molded under high pressure to achieve better compaction of the carbon fiber. In addition to having a polished finish to ensure that there are no pores or imperfections on the exterior surface.
