Every frame is a handmade masterpiece with 350 layers of carbon, following a meticulous lamination protocol tailored to each frame size. The gluing and sanding are manual processes that add quality.

We use EPS foam cores coated with latex to shape the inside of the frames, allowing efficient compaction of carbon fibers and a flawless finish without defects.

Each AURUM undergoes a meticulous transformation process. It starts with thorough cleaning and precise sanding to prepare the frame surface perfectly. Then, we apply a specially formulated primer and base coat for carbon fiber, ensuring a solid foundation for customization. Next comes the frame decoration with our decals. However, what truly distinguishes our bikes is the final paint, applied by hand with exceptional care, ensuring a flawless finish that reflects the craftsmanship and passion we put into every AURUM bike.
ASSEMBLY PROCESS
In the Pinto factory in Madrid, each frame that enters the assembly area carries the full name of the end customer, allowing our assemblers to be aware of the measurements and special features of each AURUM customer. Thanks to this meticulous attention, we achieve an unparalleled level of customization and exclusive treatment. Each AURUM bike is individually assembled, avoiding assembly lines, and is packaged sustainably, considering the final destination of each bike. We are deeply proud of our assembly model and the close attention we provide.
