MAGMA GLACIAL BLUE AND MAGMA CARBON BLACK
The initial colors of AURUM, the icons of the brand’s launch in September 2020. As a reflection of the personality and winning character of Alberto Contador and Ivan Basso, two cycling legends, AURUM created two different and perfectly complementary paint finishes.
The elegant Glacial Blue perfectly represents what the brand wants to convey: simplicity, elegance, and exclusivity.
Carbon Black completed that initial launch alongside Glacial Blue, a uniform color with gray decals, always maintaining an elegant and discreet brand identity.
During the 2021 season, Glacial Blue was the chosen color for the EOLO-Kometa team to compete with, with MAGMA Glacial Blue being the bicycle with which Lorenzo Fortunato conquered the Monte Zoncolan in the queen stage of the Giro d’Italia, raising his arms in the mist and taking AURUM to the next level.
MAGMA ARCTIC WHITE
In December 2021, inspired by the Arctic wolf, its strength and nobility, AURUM introduced the Arctic White color for MAGMA, a pearlescent white that completes the previous combination, offering a bike that does not go unnoticed for its class and brightness.
The EOLO-Kometa team has used the Arctic White color for MAGMA in the 2022 and 2023 seasons.
MAGMA DOLOMITE
As a tribute to the legendary Dolomites mountains, two new colors were born for MAGMA: Dolomite Pink and Dolomite Green.
The Dolomites Alps are the judges of the most beautiful race in the world, the Giro d’Italia, a race that holds a very important place in the history of AURUM and the EOLO-Kometa team.
The AURUM design team sought to capture the tone that the mountains take on at sunset in Dolomite Pink. In the words of those fortunate enough to witness such a moment: “Few moments in life awaken our senses like a sunset in the Dolomites.”
Dolomite Green evokes the meadows of the Dolomite mountains.
MAGMA AGATE
Inspired by the Teide volcano, where AURUM was born during one of the many training camps shared by Alberto Contador and Ivan Basso, these two colors, Agate Grey and Agate Black, are an elegant addition to the minimalist and sophisticated design of MAGMA.
Agate Grey made its debut at a Monument: MAGMA Agate Grey was unveiled to the world at the first Monument of the classic cycling season, the Milano-Sanremo. Diego Pablo Sevilla, a cyclist from the EOLO-Kometa team, was entrusted with showcasing it.
Agate Black, coming close to victory in the stages of the Giro: MAGMA Agate Black accompanied Vincenzo Albanese in the 2023 Giro d’Italia, accumulating several top finishes, fighting for victory, and demonstrating strength and attitude that lived up to the previous expectations.
These two colors are presented to reinforce the distinctive aesthetics of MAGMA.
