AURUM, the exclusive bicycle brand created by Alberto Contador and Ivan Basso in 2020, will continue to be part of one of the best events for cycling lovers on the national calendar.
It should be noted that, for the second consecutive year, AURUM will have a reserved space in the expo area of the Gran Fondo Alberto Contador to present the novelties of this 2022 and inform all the curious about what is to come in the coming months.
Oliva, national and international epicenter of the best cycling
Oliva is a small town in the Valencian Community and in just a few years has become a true paradise for any type of cyclist, amateur or professional. Its good climate throughout the year and, above all, its surroundings with such a special orography, make Oliva a perfect destination to enjoy cycling. The Gran Fondo Alberto Contador and AURUM could not have a better host.
The next edition of the Gran Fondo Alberto Contador will take place on September 24, 2022, the date on which nearly 4.000 participants will dispute the two distances that are part of the event: the queen ride ‘Gran Fondo’ with 165K, with climbs as already known as Coll de Rates or Sa Creueta and the 115K ‘Medio Fondo’, both starting and finishing in Oliva.
AURUM, celebrating its second year of life
With this sponsorship, AURUM intends to consolidate its presence and position in the national market and become a benchmark for cyclists seeking exclusivity in a bicycle. Two years have passed since the birth of the brand, two years that have served to publicize a new product. Now, the challenge is to continue growing and betting on events such as the Gran Fondo Alberto Contador or Mallorca 312, with work philosophies very similar to AURUM.

In the next few days, the official channels of AURUM and the Gran Fondo Alberto Contador will announce the exact dates and times to be able to make a reservation and try one of the available Magmas on a guided outing with a service car around Oliva.
